Becky is important to my family. She is going to be marrying my nephew Willie. On Saturday her Mom, Juanita, passed away. As expected Becky is heart broken. No one can ever replace your mom. We all know this and we know we can not make the pain go away. All we can do is be a family and be here for each other. You are our family, let us be here for you.

Feel Good Friday 4/17/09

I have been on both sides of this song. I have had to call family and friends to help me. Fortunately for me, I have also been able to help them in return. It is what my parents taught me and what I try to teach my children. Help when you can, because the next person that needs help might be you or someone you love. And of course, you would want someone to help you and your loved ones.

Susan Boyle is Amazing

I like a lot of different music but there have been very few singers that I thought were amazing. Susan Boyle is one of those singers. Her voice is truly beyond belief, heavenly. Over and over people are saying "She has the voice of an angel." I must admit I completely agree. She has done her nation proud. There is no way Britney Spears, Madonna, Beyonce, or any other cute little current top 10 singer can hold a candle to her voice. Even with all of the recording mastering engineering and technology the others will never even be in her league. Her voice is pure, it is devine.
